Meet Me!

Hello All!

2018 has proven to be a very EXCITING year so far! I'm working on so much new content for the Tainted series and will soon have some highly anticipated news to share with you all. Can you wait 'til fall? I almost can't.

But, in the meantime, I wanted to share a little bit about myself. Over the past few years I've realized most of you don't know much about me... and that's not cool. So here it is! A list of questions YOU asked and I answered. Enjoy!

1. What is your favorite color?

Lavender. Hands down, favorite color ever. Funny story about it. When I was in high school, I dreamed my prom dress wound be a floor length lavender ball gown. I picked out this beautiful dress - which was advertised as Periwinkle/Lavender. So, I dragged my mom, my sister, my best friend to the boutique that sold it, tried on a similar dress and eventually put a deposit down on the dress because it had to be specially ordered....I should've known better.

Fast forward two months... I got a phone call from the boutique saying there was a "minor issue" about the dress. I remember my heart practically sank in my chest, I was so in love with the idea of the dress... Turns out, the dress looked more like this:

Dress was definitely not periwinkle/lavender, but I loved it anyway! Wanna know where the lavender was? In the lining...

2. Besides writing, what do you do for fun?

Good question! I have a passion for so many things, from writing, reading to exercising, cooking and playing music, there's so much I love to do in my spare time.

Professionally, I currently work full-time as a Registered Dietitian, receiving my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science from the University of Vermont (holla at ya girl Faye!), and completed my Dietetic Internship at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT.

Pops is proud I graduated.

I also work as a part-time fitness instructor for the YMCA. And sometimes I lift things...

3. Do you have a Gabe of your own?

Hahaha, by "Gabe," I'm assuming you mean a handsome man of my own that steals my breath away? Yes! I do. His name is Adam and he's incredibly special to me. We've been together for almost four and a half years - time surely flies by when you're having fun!

Fun fact: We met in 2008 in New Hampshire, but didn't date until 2014 in Burlington, VT. So strange how life works out.

Sometimes we look like we actually like each other...

He let me pick his pink tie!!!

^^There's a funny story behind this one, but I'll save it for another time.

4. What's your favorite animal?

DOGS. I love dogs. Honestly, I love all animals. But, none of them come close to the love I have for my little golden retriever puppy Bailey.

Adam says she's a Momma's girl. I don't see it.

5. Any update on Book 2 of Tainted?

YES! There is an update. Check out the "News" section of this website to find the most up to date information about Tainted and it's sequels. Also! Check out the BRAND NEW playlist I created for Book 2.

Also did I mention... Book 2's title to be revealed by the end of July!
